Choose your steak, how you like it and pick your favourite sauce. Steaks well done/medium well "BIEN CUIT" may require approximately 40 minutes of cooking. (Cuts with bone may eventually find something red next to the bone) RARE: Sealed and raw on the inside MEDIUM: Juicy slightly red on the inside MEDIUM WELL: Juicy and slightly pink on the inside WELL DONE: Dark on the outside and dry on the inside. SAUCES: Peppercorn / Garlic Butter / Horseradish Creme Fraiche
