(Cuts with bone may eventually find something red next to the bone) RARE: Sealed and raw on the inside MEDIUM: Juicy slightly red on the inside MEDIUM WELL: Juicy and slightly pink on the inside WELL DONE: Dark on the outside and dry on the inside.
