Our Commitment to quality and flavour

  • 1810 Steakhouse and seafood restaurant, we feed your senses by choosing the best Irish Wagyu Beef, Seafood and by making our pasta from scratch.​

  • We are deliciously different because our unique speciality oven seals in maximum flavour.

  • We cook your steak in our MIBRASA charcoal oven at 350º / 400º degrees. This method seals in the juiciness and flavour of our exceptional steaks.

  • We use Argentine charcoal, QUEBRACHO (oak). We guarantee outstanding flavour, tenderness and texture.

  • Irish grass-fed Irish beef is hand-picked from Irish farms.

  • We traditionally mature our beef for a minimum of 28 days in-house.

  • We do this for one reason- to ensure a tender and well-marbled steak awaits your arrival.

  • It is our priority that our steaks and Seafood are cooked to perfection. For example, our steaks are always seasoned with Maldon Sea Salt before cooking and rested well after cooking to ensure the intensity of flavour and tenderness of the beef.​

  • We only choose and work with Quality Irish ingredients from our specialist Irish suppliers. â€‹
