All reservations are subject to availability of dates, times and table capacity.
Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to standard table reservations only and does not apply to prepaid Experiences.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
Payment Policy
This Payment Policy applies to standard table reservations only and does not apply to prepaid Experiences.
A deposit is required to confirm standard reservations:
€25 per guest for groups of up to 6 guests.
€35 per guest for groups larger than 6 guests.
When a deposit is paid through our online reservation system, the system operator charges a non-recoverable processing fee for handling the payment.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours before the reservation time, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment card minus this non-recoverable processing fee, as this cost is not returned to us by the reservation system operator when a refund is issued.
For standard reservations, the processing fee is €0.55 per guest for €25 deposits, and €0.77 per guest for €35 deposits.
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time, no-shows, or significant reductions in party size may result in some or all of the deposit being retained.
No Show Policy
This No Show Policy applies to standard table reservations only and does not apply to prepaid Experiences.
A reservation may be considered a no-show if guests fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled reservation time
No-shows may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
Modifications and Changes
This section applies to standard table reservations only and does not apply to prepaid Experiences.
Customers may request changes to existing standard reservations, subject to availability.
Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Experience Ticket Policy
This section applies only to prepaid Experiences and does not apply to standard table reservations.
Prepaid Experiences include Tomahawk Experience, Steak Frites Night and any current or future dining experience requiring advance payment.
By purchasing an Experience ticket, the customer accepts the specific Terms and Conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Experience tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
Experience tickets are non-refundable.
Experience tickets are non-transferable.
Experience tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, restaurant credit, gift credit, alternative dates or alternative menu items.
Cancelling an Experience reservation online does not create any right to a refund, credit, reschedule or transfer to another date or time.
Customers should not assume that cancelling and rebooking online transfers any payment, ticket or entitlement to a new date.
Failure to attend a prepaid Experience will result in the loss of the full ticket value.
The price of each Experience reflects advance planning, limited availability, staffing commitments and product allocation made specifically for that Experience.
Additional drinks, starters, desserts, sides or any other items not included in the Experience will be charged separately at the restaurant.
Any exception to the Experience Ticket Policy is entirely at the discretion of 1810 Steakhouse.
Conduct and Right of Refusal

Harassment of staff or other guests.
Shouting, disorderly conduct, antisocial behaviour or creating a disturbance.
