Sourcing of Beef
Our Irish wagyu beef is hand selcted from our local farmer Joe Hayes. Our steaks won BEST STEAK 2024 so sourcing and hand cutting our steaks is an important part of what we do.

We love to celebrate lobsters and oysters along with so much more seasonal sustainable seafood and work with our local suppliers to ensure the best produce is awaiting your visit.
