Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as supplier availability, an individual ingredient or accompaniment may occasionally be unavailable or substituted. This will not affect the overall Feijoada Experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FEIJOADA COMPLETA | BRAZILIAN SUNDAY EXPERIENCE

Advance ticket only

This experience must be booked and paid for in advance.

It is not available for walk-ins or regular menu orders.

1. Minimum booking of 2 guests

The Feijoada Completa Experience requires a minimum booking of 2 guests.

Tickets are priced at €35 per person.

Bookings for one person cannot be accepted for this experience.

2. Strict date & time validity

Your ticket is valid exclusively for the exact date and time selected when booking.

Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or sitting.

Rescheduling or changing the booking date or time is not permitted once the purchase has been completed.

3. Fixed experience menu

The €35 per person ticket applies specifically to the Feijoada Completa | Brazilian Sunday Experience.

The experience includes our Feijoada and its traditional accompaniments:

white rice, farofa, collard greens, orange and vinaigrette.

This is a fixed experience menu.

The ticket value cannot be exchanged for cash, used as restaurant credit, or transferred toward another dish from our regular menu.

4. Drinks, Caipirinhas & desserts are not included

Drinks and desserts are not included in the €35 ticket price.

Guests are welcome to add extras during the experience, including:

Caipirinha €8.50

Brazilian Dessert €8.50

Brazilian soft drinks such as Guaraná, when available, as well as drinks from our regular drinks menu.

Any additional items ordered will be billed separately and paid for at the restaurant at the end of your visit.

5. Availability of optional extras

Brazilian drinks, desserts and other special items are subject to availability.

The Feijoada Experience itself is guaranteed with a valid ticket, but specific optional extras may vary depending on availability on the day.

6. Cancellation & refund policy

Because this experience is prepared specifically according to the number of advance bookings, all ticket sales are final and 100% non-refundable.

Customer cancellations or failure to attend the reservation (No-Show) will result in the full loss of the prepaid ticket amount.

7. Punctuality & grace period

Please arrive on time for your selected reservation.

We operate with a 15-minute grace period.

If you have not arrived within this period, the restaurant reserves the right to release the table and mark the booking as a No-Show, with no entitlement to a refund.

8. Additional orders

Guests may order additional drinks or other available extras during their visit.

Any additional items are not included in the prepaid ticket and will be charged separately.
