Advance booking only: this experience must be booked and paid for in advance. It is not available for walk-ins or regular menu orders.

1. Date & Time Validity

This purchase is valid only for the exact date and time selected at the time of booking.

Tickets are not transferable to another date or time.

Cancelling this reservation online does not transfer the ticket to another date and does not create any right to reschedule.

2. Fixed Experience

The prepayment applies strictly to the Tomahawk Experience booked. It cannot be used as restaurant credit, gift credit, or payment towards other menu items.

3. Additional Items

Drinks, starters, desserts, sides or any additional items not included in the experience will be charged separately at the restaurant.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Customer cancellations and no-shows result in the loss of the prepaid amount.

Any change request must be made directly with the restaurant before cancelling online and is subject to approval and availability.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Cancelling a reservation online does not entitle the guest to a refund, credit, reschedule, transfer, or use of the ticket on any other date or time.

Any exception is entirely at the discretion of the restaurant.

5. Punctuality

Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period. After this time, the restaurant reserves the right to release the table and mark the booking as a no-show, with no refund due.
